Fitness kickboxing is open to students of all fitness levels. This class is designed to improve all aspects of fitness and health, including flexibility, balance, agility, endurance, strength, and muscular control. The upbeat tempo, wide variety of exercises, and team exercises makes fitness fun, challenging, and engaging.
Common exercises include body weight exercises for total-body fitness, kettle bell exercises, medicine ball work, punching and kicking, shield and bag work, stretching, free weights, and cardio training.
