Kung Fu


Shaolin Kung Fu is a time honored tradition passed on for over 1500 years. The Shaolin monastery was originally built to teach Hinayana Buddhism. However, over the course of its history, notable individuals from military officials to outlaws sought refuge there, many of them shared their skills, whether it be cooking, painting, meditating: anything from martial arts to medicine could be learned at the monastery.

It became like a university of the time. During various heights of its popularity it is reputed to have housed as many as 5000 warrior monks and nuns who were taught every aspect of survival: mentally, spiritually and physically. Anywhere in the world these self- defense or self- preservation skills are needed. We offer training very similar to the way these Shaolin Warriors train in China.
